Licensing

Important: Release Center is an internal management system and is not part of the customer-facing FameGPT product.

License Model

Lifetime.
One licensed domain per license.
Product: FameGPT.
License can be Active, Suspended or Revoked.

Verification

FameGPT verifies through the relative gateway path /license-api/verify. Nginx routes that path to the internal Release Center.

Cache & Offline Grace

A successful check is cached for 6 hours. Temporary licensing-service outages can use the configured 72-hour offline grace behavior when its conditions are met.

Domain Lock

The licensed domain is normalized and compared during verification. A key used on another domain must fail domain validation.

Troubleshooting

Check /api/license/status.
Check FameGPT logs.
Check Nginx routing and DNS.
Confirm the license is Active and assigned to the correct domain.
